Liz has had a love of writing since she learned to read. Her first stories during her school years tended to be heavy on on the dialogue and not heavy enough on the action. She's learned to balance these items out as well as adding in a plot somewhere in between.

She writes some short stories now and again, but her main dips into the literary world tend to run along the National Novel Writing Month contest.

She's competed almost every year since 2003 and is getting primed for 2008.
